TANKO USA applies thermo-set fusion powder coating to bolted steel storage tanks. Powder coatings are electro- statically applied and cured at high temperatures for great film thickness, resulting in added chemical resistance to corrosion, chipping and scratching. The exterior receives a TGIC polyester type of powder coating and interior receives an Epoxy coating, Epoxy powder coating are NSF & FDA approved. Also available are hot dipped galvanized and stainless bolted steel storage tanks.

TANKO USA meets the international recognized engineering standards of API, AWWA & NFPA for materials, dimensions and strength. Every bolt has a tensile strength of at least 120,000 pounds per square inch and is hot- dipped galvanized.

TANKO USA can often meet the tightest of schedules. Since bolted tanks are standardized and interchangeable. Our inventory covers almost all tank sizes are available in the United States, Dubai and Egypt.

TANKO USA standard sizes and configurations ranging from 4,000 Gal (100 BBL’s) to 2.5 million Gal (60,000 BBL’s) with largest sizes, or different diameters and heights, available upon request.

TANKO USA flanging system make it easy to connect the concrete flooring to the steel sheets even that the base isn’t zero elevated due to the design and material of the flange.
